What data we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message. Website operation: our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type in server logs, for security and to deliver the site. Functional cookie: your chosen language.
Purposes of processing
We process personal data to respond to your enquiries, manage reservations for events and workshops, operate and secure the website, and comply with our legal obligations.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent and on taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR) for enquiries and reservations; on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Article 6(1)(f)); and on compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
Recipients and processors
Contact-form submissions are delivered to our inbox via the email service Resend (Resend, Inc.). The website is hosted by Vercel (Vercel Inc.). Maps are provided by Google (Google Maps) and load only after you actively choose to display them. We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.
International transfers
Some of our processors (Resend, Vercel and Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, after which it is deleted no later than 12 months after receipt, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, for accounting records). The language cookie is stored for up to 12 months.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Cookies
We use a single strictly-necessary functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your language preference. We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. The Google Maps embed loads only when you choose to display it, which may then set Google's own cookies.
